Pam Sigel is a truly awesome realtor. Another Coldwell-Banker realtor from a different area recommended her, so we were expecting her to be good. Instead, Pam turned out to be our dream realtor. The closing on our house occurred just five weeks from our first meeting with her. We were very happy with the final selling price and very grateful for the smoothness of the process from listing to closing, which we attribute to Pam’s vast expertise and knowledge of the local housing market. Pam met me at our worn down and tired rental. Every surface was in disrepair; it was heartbreaking to see such a lovely home so run down. I knew what had to be done, but I currently live in Texas, and had no idea where to go or who to hire for all these projects. Pam picked up her phone and dialed away. I had contractors, handymen and all the like at my door within hours providing timely bids. Pam oversaw the comings and goings of painters, landscapers, carpet installers, roofers, refinishers, and handymen. You name it, I hired them and Pam supervised them in my absence. I returned three weeks later to a completely restored home. I applied the finishing touches by soft staging, and Pam recommended competitive pricing. The property hit the market and was under contract within a day at slightly over asking price.
I know without a doubt that there is not another realtor who could have gotten this sale done in a more efficient and professional manner. Pam’s smile and sense of humor are huge attributes as well.

Pam is fantastic and I highly recommend her. She sold our home for an exceptional price and negotiated the purchase of our new home for far less than the listed price; the seller initially rejected our offer outright and then later re-considered when she pored through the comp listings that Pam had provided for her. My wife and I were willing to up our offer significantly ($30,000), but Pam insisted we only increase our offer by $5,000. We got the house, which saved us a ton of $.
